After the loss of a loved one, a traumatic event in life, or anything in between, a strong sadness comes daunting on you. It is more than just “sad,” but not quite “depressed.” This is called grief. It is perfectly normal to have this after a traumatic event, and it is extremely difficult to cope with once this burden is upon one’s shoulders. Here at 7 Cups of Tea, the trained and active Listeners below are experienced in this area, and are more than happy to help you reach your goals to cope, overcome, and abandon grief.

Mom & Lawyer😃🤗 I am glad to listen and offer support where I can. Please note that I do not engage in or handle discussions of a sexual nature, and I'd appreciate it if we keep our conversations free of sexually related topics. Also, my response time depends on when I see your message, not necessarily when you send it, as we may be in different time zones. If I don't reply right away, I haven't ignored you—I simply haven't had the chance to read your message yet. Thank you for understanding, and I look forward to having respectful and meaningful conversations.

hi!! i'm a queer arab student with a muslim background. i'm lebanese; i've lived through war (two😨) and explosions. i came out of it the most optimistic, happy, and hopeful i've ever been (with a sprinkle of ptsd to add some flavour) after having a major spiral for a whole year. i endlessly believe in change and goodness, and i want to spread some positivity however i can. im here to listen, make you feel heard & understood, respect you & your boundaries, and maybe be your friend! i promise to be patient, kind, gently truthful when i need to be, and most of all non-judgmental, because im weird as hell too!!

She’s a great listener!
Es muy buena, me ha recomendado lo que mi psicóloga presencial ha hecho de manera simple lo que me han hecho en terapia presencial en meses
So far, I genuinely feel like she is the only person to have understood me. Like I’ve been doing therapy for a few years and this is the first time where I genuinely feel understood by somebody. I feel listened to. And then I really appreciate her because it feels like she’s guiding me through with questions.
