...See more So I had a 150 day streak going but I broke it last week due to stress that was weighing on me. Now I broke it again today and cut on my hand and wrist because I had to put my horse down and I don’t know how to deal with it. I gave my knife to a friend to keep for now but I still am having trouble keeping myself from relapsing.

...See more I had to put my horse that I’ve had for 5 years to sleep today and I’m having a really hard time dealing with it. He was my heart horse and helped build me into the rider I am today. I don’t know what I’m going to do without him. I cried while it happened, but right now I am just numb to emotions and can’t find something to keep my mind busy.

I’ve been stressed about everything lately and I just got back from summer camp and am behind on everything from my current life and I don’t really know how to deal with all of it. Whenever I try to find motivation to do it I end up doom scrolling for hours and never getting it done. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
