Can't focus on study

...See more I have a huge chemistry exam coming up, but I'm feeling especially depressed today and it's making it hard to focus. I know if I study I'll be able to pass, but it's hard to concentrate on anything except how terrible I feel right now. Please help.

...See more My name is Jordan, I'm 18, at university, I have plenty of friends, a great family, no pressing financial or academic trouble and a high self esteem. But I am severely depressed. I can't zero in on why I'm depressed, but I just feel terrible all the time and I need help to figure it out.
