...See more (Oct 5th 2026) - I dont know what to do anymore. As of lately, I have never felt more overwhelmed by life. Im 22, single, living with my parents with no drivers license, but I work long hours (40 a week 12 hours every shift) and not only that but also have ASD diagnosed since I was little. Im lost, I support my parents who dont recognize my hard work, and quiet frankly only want me living at home for their comfort, and to take as much money on top of rent I already pay, while im left with little money, and no support for my future. For years now I've been trying to support myself, without help from friends. But, im loosing trust in people I thought cared about me. I only wish to start a new life soon, move away from everything. I wish money wasn't such a problem stopping me from achieving my goals.

...See more Hello, Local here. I wanted to express my thoughts and feelings about something I haven't really been open about with close friends or family even due to my trust issues. But, I find as ive grown older (I'm only 21) I feel like relationships and connections platonic or romantic has been harder for me to maintain or keep. Especially with newer connections. Therefore, im not sure if its all three of my overthinking, my people pleasing or anxiousness. But, I find around people I'm not familiar with even when I am the true version of myself, and build a connection with that person only for them to not care much back when I reciprocate my interest in the connection hurts. And as someone who has struggled their whole life trying not to hide myself, and my expression as the person I am is hard, and I wish more people could at least be more Interested in me as much I am in them. Maybe I do care too much about other people than I do myself. Ive been mainly experiencing this feeling at my job, and trying to build connections only to be pushed down.  Thanks for reading.

...See more Hello everyone, you can call me local (She/Her) Today I wanted to talk about my feelings not only that i've noticed as an adult (also throughout my teen years also), and a queer person. As 21, it's been getting so much harder to grow connections as an adult, and I'm struggling to hold connections due to my trust issues, and doubt that if people actually care about me for who i am. Lots of people in my past have broken my trust, and me as a person because all I want to be in my life is myself, and as i'm healing and growing I am getting close to who I want to be again. But, I still struggle with being happy with myself in a way, and its because my friends, my family and my job is making it so much harder, and overwhelming to connect with people or put effort due to people proving to me that they dont, and never cared about me. And to be honest, I just wish that people could just accept the kindesss, the effort, and the empathy I do give because I want real connections with people. But, people my age don't really care nowadays. And I want to give up but I don't at the same time.  thanks for reading.

Reflection I've Noticed About Myself.

...See more Hello Everyone,  I've noticed during this year of my healing journey, I realized how much i've let people's feelings, thoughts through their words or actions impact not only my personal life, but also myself as a person. Therefore, if I have acknowledged that I haven't done or said anything bad, I shouldn't let as such affect who I am, or let it change how I see myself negatively.

Brainfog/Anxiety

...See more Hello everyone, i'm local. Lately, i've noticed for a couple of years now and realizing that my anxiety is pretty intense at times + having diagnosed autism can be hard with the mix as well. Therefore, i've been able to cope with my anxiety through being around friends, family and doing hobbies I love to keep my mind out of the thoughts and worries. But, as of lately, and the past two years i've been going through quite a bit, and i've noticed that my brainfog, clear thinking (sometimes I don't logically) has been really effecting my way that I work, communicate with people, and improve myself. I've never been able to pin point why i've been experiencing this consistant fog, and feeling like I'm not "fully" grounded, and just kinda living.  I just thought I would share my experience, and maybe someone else can relate as well.  thanks for reading.

...See more Hello there! I'm Local I thought I would make a light-hearted post, and ask about your favourite show or series?  Mine is for sure Arcane! and favourite movie is Coraline. Both mean a lot to me, and I personally love non-ficiton based shows since they've inspired me to do art which is my biggest passions besides my full-time job haha. I love anything animation for sure!
