Loneliness as a Female Autistic Person.

Hello everyone, you can call me local (She/Her)

Today I wanted to talk about my feelings not only that i've noticed as an adult (also throughout my teen years also), and a queer person. As 21, it's been getting so much harder to grow connections as an adult, and I'm struggling to hold connections due to my trust issues, and doubt that if people actually care about me for who i am. Lots of people in my past have broken my trust, and me as a person because all I want to be in my life is myself, and as i'm healing and growing I am getting close to who I want to be again. But, I still struggle with being happy with myself in a way, and its because my friends, my family and my job is making it so much harder, and overwhelming to connect with people or put effort due to people proving to me that they dont, and never cared about me. And to be honest, I just wish that people could just accept the kindesss, the effort, and the empathy I do give because I want real connections with people. But, people my age don't really care nowadays. And I want to give up but I don't at the same time.

thanks for reading.

I feel that I'm autistic, part of the lgbtq+ community & afab (female at birth) as well.

I've got my trust broken by everyone I cared about in my life teachers when I was in school, friends and family.

When I graduated highschool all of my friends left me except for my girlfriend like my friends were only friends with me out of pity. My mom physically and emotionally abused me. My teachers treated me like I was dumb and bullied me in front of the class. I don't have a job because nobody wants to hire me even if I lie that I'm not autistic.

Take care of yourself, let go of the ones that don't truly care and keep the ones who actually do care close to you.

I don't know what else to say cause I'm not very good at this stuff but I hope it helps somewhat.

@KaiUwU2002

Thank you, I appreciate the kindness, and words you show through this message. I'm glad i'm not the only one. I just hope that one day I can find peace in myself, and also have a better gf then the one who I thought loved me for years, but never genuinely wanted to get to know my autism or adapt better with me. And I hope that is the same with my family and friends too. Its hard but I have a little bit of hope even if I kind of give up.
