I care deeply about mental health and it's something I’ve explored both personally and through research. Life can get really heavy sometimes, and I’m here to help you carry it. No pressure, no judgment, just a warm, safe space whenever you need one. You don’t have to go through this alone—let’s talk it out together 💬💕

...See more I absolutely love this quote, and I believe in it. It is a powerful reminder that struggles pave the way for success, and I believe that this post found you for a reason. If anyone is going through a hard time, I'm so sorry to hear that, and I feel you right now. It's going to be all okay. And if it's not okay, it's not the end. It's always the darkest nights that make the brightest stars. Always stay bold and authentic, and I promise everything will get better. Use this as a gently nudge, sign, manifestation, prayer, whatever you believe in. Stop hesitating, you only live once to cherish and enjoy every little moment because this is your life and it is your responsibility to live every second to the fullest through the ups and downs. I love you guys (P.S. feel free to shoot me a text) <3

...See more If you could give your younger self one piece of advice what would it be? I think I’d tell myself to chill out and not stress so much about what other people think. Hindsight really is 20/20 but it’s fun to reflect on what we’ve learned.

...See more Hey, I’m still somwhat new here and a little nervous but also hopeful that I can find some chill people who get what I’m going through. It’s hard sometimes to put yourself out there but I’m trying. Would love to hear your stories or advice for someone just starting out.

...See more I legit cannot sleep without my mind racing through a million things from the day or even stuff from years ago. It’s like no matter what I do, my brain refuses to shut off. I’ve tried everything from music to meditation but nothing really sticks. Anyone got any hacks that actually work?

...See more Sometimes I feel like my brain is just a messy cluttered room but somehow it also feels cozy and familiar. Like, the chaos is exhausting but it’s also part of who I am. Does anyone else get that? It’s weird how the messiness can feel both stressful and strangely comforting at the same time.

...See more Hey everyone, how’s your week been so far? I know life can get crazy sometimes, but I’d love to hear one good thing that happened to you recently. It doesn’t have to be big, even something small counts. Sharing those moments helps me feel a little more grounded when things get hectic. What about you?

Just a lil gratitude drop

...See more Hey!! Thought I’d pop in and send some good vibes out into the universe (and this amazing community). Life’s been kind of a rollercoaster lately — brain-deep in neuroscience, balancing school, mental health work, and actually learning how to take care of myself without burning out. (Growth, right?) I just wanna say I’m grateful: 🫶 for this space and the people here who remind me that listening, healing, and being soft are strengths 🫶 for the small wins that no one else sees but matter anyway 🫶 and honestly, for the version of me who’s learning to show up — even when it’s hard So yeah, this is my little hi, I’m proud of myself moment ✨ If you’re reading this, maybe take a second to be proud of you, too. Even if you’re just surviving today, that counts. Drop something you’re grateful for below if you feel like it 💌 I’d love to hype you up. Best, MiaWithLove
