Cluster Mind
I legit cannot sleep without my mind racing through a million things from the day or even stuff from years ago. It’s like no matter what I do, my brain refuses to shut off. I’ve tried everything from music to meditation but nothing really sticks. Anyone got any hacks that actually work?
@MiaWithLove it is a matter of experimenting. If I eat too much close to bedtime that is not good and if I do not eat and am hungry it is hard to settle down. I try to not watch movies or videos that people get hurt doing crazy things.
I try 5 minute Tai Chi or Adrienne complete beginner yoga on youtube and that can help. I try to get enough exercise during the day so I am more tired at night. I sleep better when I do some kind of cleaning or organizing. I try to send love to all the people suffering in the world. Often that gets me out of my head and I can sleep easier.

How’s the sleep going?
I like what @soulsings said!
Sometimes my concern over getting enough sleep just adds to the mix—‘you know what I mean? So when that realization comes, I do my best to allow whatever is on my mind to run its course.
Finding a Pen Pal on 7Cups might also help to move some of this energy you’re holding onto.
Have you found anything yet?
@MiaWithLove are you eating bananas before bedtime? Someone thinks that makes the mind overactive https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/why-you-shouldnt-eat-bananas-before-bed_uk_646352d5e4b018d846c011ef
