Hey <3

Just popping in to drop a few things that have genuinely helped me on rough days, maybe they'll help you too?? or at least be nice to come back to when everything feels like too much.

The 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique
Helps with anxiety or feeling overwhelmed. Name:
5 things you can see
4 things you can feel
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste

Insight Timer / Balance / UCLA Mindful (Apps)
Guided meditations, breathing tools, and sleep support. I use them when I’m overstimulated or anxious before bed.

Journal prompts when I don’t know how I feel:
What’s one thing I actually need right now?
Who do I feel safe with, and why?
If 10 y/o me could see me today, what would they say?

Websites:
Mental Health America → Free screenings + toolkits
Psychology Tools → Free worksheets for anxiety, CBT, etc.
The Mighty → Community stories, real talk

Ok
ay now your turn:

What’s something small that helped you recently?
a playlist? a quote? a random *** tip?
drop it below pls so we can all steal it!!

Sending hugs to whoever needs one right now 🤍

@MiaWithLove

Love the tips, thanks for sharing! 💛

Something very small that helps is being in nature! 🥰
