Big changes in life causing severe depression

...See more (vent) I (20F) had to move with my family to a place I hate and I'm not taking it well. I'm more depressed than I've ever been, I don't go out of my room which is a mess cuade I haven't even fixed up or set up my things yet cause I have no energy. I feel like my entire life has been taken away from me and I don't know what to do, everyday I'm overwhelmed with a sense of "grief" for what used to be as well as just anger, I have to stop myself from screaming every time I feel bad. I cry every day and night and I feel like my life is over no matter what. I hated my old apartment that I lived in for 10+ years with my entire being and now I find myself wishing I never left that place, something I never thought I'd ever say. I don't know what to do, I feel so lost, I feel like I'm barely alive and nothing brings me relief. I hate change so much, especially ones as big and abrupt as this and I just feel like absolutely nobody cares

I don't know what to do to feel like not giving up is worth it

...See more I (20F) am struggling with depression harder than I've ever been in my life probably. Absolutely everything feels like a chore, even stuff like eating or drinking water or going to the bathroom. I cry every single day and night and I don't know what to do, I feel like I'm grieving the person I used to be, if that makes sensei. I recently moved houses to a place I don't like that's very different and I'm not taking it well at all, I'm autistic and a change as big as this one is way too overwhelming, on top of that my intrusive thoughts won't leave me alone. I don't know what to do, every day I wake up and I'm instantly dreading the day that awaits me even if I do nothing all day, all I do is rot in my bed and cry and at this point getting better sounds almost worse because of how much effort that is since I have 0 energy for anything, and I feel that even if I tried I'll never succeed and that'll just end up hurting me more. Just needed a place to vent sorry

Can't stop ruminating on the past and feeling guilty

...See more I just need somewhere to vent... I'm 19 and I feel like an awful, horrible person for any and all of my past mistakes. Just one little thing is enough to send me spiraling. It doesn't help that I'm a hyper empathetic person and I live in fear of accidentally hurting others. Despite doing nothing all day, I feel exhausted every second from a war in my mind, I have never felt relaxed even when I should, all because of my obsessive thoughts. The guilt is eating me alive and I simply can't let go of the past, when I try it makes me feel like I'm deceiving people, like I've got this big secret I'm hiding no matter the size of the mistake I'm obsessing over. It gets to the point where I sabotage my own happiness and relationships because I feel like I don't deserve them. When I'm finally over a theme and I start feeling ok, I feel guilty cause I feel like I'm a horrible person who doesn't deserve happiness or love so my brain latches onto something else, anything it can, from the past to obsess over and make me feel guilty again. It's so debilitating and it's been making me extremely depressed, I can't get out of bed cause it hurts to be awake, I can't stand to live with myself, I hate my brain so much
