You are not broken, you are becoming !
Carl Jung once said that loneliness doesn’t come from being alone, but from being unable to express what matters most. If you’ve ever felt like no one gets you, like your emotions are too heavy, your thoughts too deep. Know that you’re not “too much.” You’re just tuned in to a deeper frequency.
To analyse so intensely isn’t overthinking, its overfeeling . Jung believed those who suffer often become the most human, because their pain forces them to look inward, to ask the hard questions, to grow.
If you’ve been abandoned, abused, misunderstood, or diagnosed with autism or poor social skills. your difference isn’t a flaw. It’s a gift. Seeing beyond social norms isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom. And it’s lonely sometimes, yes — but not because you’re unworthy. Because you’re rare.
Healing isn’t about becoming “normal.” It’s about becoming YOU. fully and fearlessly. The world needs people like you. Sensitive souls. Deep thinkers. Quiet rebels. Brave survivors.
Being different means you notice beauty others ignore. You ask questions others avoid. You care when others detach. And trauma? Its not your identity. It’s something that happened, its not who you are.
Your story isn’t over. You’re not behind. You’re becoming. Don’t dim your light to fit in.
Shine — especially in the dark.
