...See more 7 months ago, I had a fallout with one of my closest friends. She has done a lot for me and supported me when I literally had no one, ever since she joined college she hardly ever talked to me and that drift caused us to fall out. But even before her college began, she constantly intentionally or unintentionally hurt me, she knew of my past traumas yet she inflicted pain in the area she knew would hurt me the most. And even though all this happened I can’t help but think what if I’m at the wrong? She did so much for me and yet I harbour such feelings so if or not it’s my fault. Sometimes I think any sort of relationship goes two ways and I was the only one in it, yet sometimes I think if I’m the insensitive one… I don’t know what to do.

...See more I try to do my best for everyone, even when I'm hurting be it physically or mentally, but in the end I feel so lonely... because everyone is caught up with their work, people have their mental health or work to worry about... I feel no one really is available for me and I know they might I'm not sure would support me but I don' want to be selfish and do it.. At the end of the day I'm so exhausted and drained, and at that time when I just want someone to have a casual conversation or just be there or hold me, I'm here all alone, hiding away my pain and tears so that I can be useful for others again..

...See more I try my best to control but sometimes it becomes too difficult to control my urges its just extremely overwhelming but at the same time numbing, I've been feeling a lot lazier lately so I don't actually self harm cause I have nothing around me but I thinking about it and as soon as I get something I can't stop.... I always relapse
