It's becoming an addiction
Everytime I'm stressed or feel extremely depressed I turn to sexual things, reading erotic stories, masturbating and sometimes getting involved with people online, I can literally think of nothing but sex, and I am getting addicted, don't know what to do...

I'm sorry you're struggling. I'm not sure if you want advice or not, so feel free to ignore this...
When you're depressed your dopamine levels ("feel good" chemicals) are low and sex increases them. You may want to Google "how to increase dopamine naturally" for some ideas to replace your "addiction" with.
Start a 60 days NoFap Challenge.
Read some self improvement books.
Start Working out.
Maintain a healthy diet for weight gain or weight loss.
Start to wake up early and study something.
Meditate (This sounds boring but this is the healer)
All this good habits after being performed for a week will slowly start to change your self-image in the subconscious level.
No matter what happens, even if you feel like you can't breathe.Behold yourself and don't kneel. Don't go back to that evil.
And You will soon find acceptance within yourself.
Hello!
I can definitely share with you what has helped me:
when I realized that I was addicted to sex it was a hard thing to accept, I sought out help from a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) and I also found some addiction recovery help programs online such as smart recovery, which I found out about a lot of helpful tools to help when I was depressed, anxious, or even just bored. After talking with my CSAT, I looked for a 12 step program for Sex Addicts. I was definitely nervous and skeptical of a 12 step program because of my own religious views, or lack there of. I attended my first meeting which was a telephone conference and I felt like I was finally not alone. Even though some behaviors were different then mine, it was comforting to be around people with similar issues that I could rely on for support, ask questions and advice, and find someone to just talk to when things got tough. I felt nervous during my first meeting and was afraid to announce my self as a new comer. If you end up deciding to go the route of a 12 step group, I would highly recommend letting the meeting know if it’s your first time. I have learned a lot about my addiction and myself through the program I joined. If you do end up going to a meeting and don’t like that particular one, it’s recommended to try 6 meetings, sometimes different ones to see if they are a good fit for you. Again, I just wanted to share with you what as helped me. If I can offer one piece of unsolicited advice I would say to just take what you find useful/helpful and leave the rest.
I hope you find some relief and recovery with your addiction with whatever route you take!
cheers, I wish you the best.
