Taking medicine on perticular time for mental health problems as doctor prescribed me(Anxiety, awkwardness, uneasiness,discomfort)…But still these problems are happening with me and disturbing my mental health…Please kindly suggest me what to do now😞😞😞😞

...See more Hello..I am Sneha...25 yrs old...I am suffering from loneliness, depression, anxiety last one year ...A strange pain and discomfort...chest pressure, suffocation (occasionally)..I am taking medicine as per doctor's advice but medicine doesn't work for me right now ..please help me..my weight was 54kg now it has reduced to 44kg..cant sleep proper at night...not even want to eat anything...pls help me I am fine for a few days...then again the panic attack starts...suffocation chest pressure,dry throat. ..I don't even know if I will get better or not...everything is hazy

...See more I was suffered by loneliness, anxiety, depression and awkwardness…..doctor gave me an anti-depression medicine…I’m still taking that medicine…It reduced…But sometimes these problems are come back and hit me(feeling suffocated)..Not everyday or all time…What should I do now??…Please kindly help me…Give me some tips…I’m feeling awkward,Hopeless,uneasy and depressed…. I don’t know why this happened to me….I’m suffering by OCD(Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)….Please help me…😢😢😢😢
