Hello..I am Sneha...25 yrs
old...I am suffering from
loneliness, depression,
anxiety last one year ...A
strange pain and
discomfort...chest pressure,
suffocation (occasionally)..I
am
taking medicine as per
doctor's advice but medicine
doesn't work for me right
now ..please help me..my
weight was 54kg now it has
reduced to 44kg..cant sleep
proper at night...not even
want to eat anything...pls
help me
I am fine for a few days...then
again the panic attack
starts...suffocation chest
pressure,dry throat. ..I don't
even know if I will get better
or not...everything is hazy

I did that when I was struggling to eat and suffering mentally and I stayed in the Behavioral Health Unit for a few days. It really helped me.
Hi Sneha. I am currently battling anxiety and depression. I’m 50 and been dealing with it for over 20 years. I get that breathing, elephant on my chest also. I know I can breathe but it’s scary. My anti depressants have taken time off right now and are not working. It’s happened before but it will get better. Trust me. Are you taking any anxiety meds for your anxiety?
