Overthinking

...See more I keep overthinking everything. Every small mistake that I make, everytime I talk to someone. For example I just started an internship and I didn't serve a client his coffee correctly. Something everyone should know. I keep thinking about stuff like that, keep making up excuses and keep hating myself for it. Even months later, I think about it everyday and feel ashamed about it on a daily basis. The same thing happens with a conversation I had with a stranger in March or an interview I had in July. I still replay this in my head over and over to figure out what I could have done better and why I'm so awkward. This happens with almost everything going on. With conversations I have with people, and with everything I do. How do I stop overthinking so much.
