...See more Does anyone else suffer from morning anxiety? The moment I wake up it is right there like a punch to the gut. It follows me throughout the day as well. I believe I'm having a nervous breakdown. Can anyone else relate to this? Thanks.

...See more I just turned 48 and have had three nervous breakdowns. Two I went inpatient for. I feel like I'm having my fourth. I can't seem to shake the anxiety and depression. I'm missing work, I may even get fired, I'm crying all of the time, and completely outside of myself. I'm always thinking the worst. I feel so bad for my wife that has to deal with this. I'm on Effexor, Vrylar, and Valium. I also have a therapist. Is anyone else dealing with something similar? I don't want to go inpatient again. Thanks all.

...See more After living in a house for three years, it was given as a wedding present by my mother in law, and she used recently decided to take it back. It was a complete shock. Now my wife, son and myself are moving into an apartment with absolutely nothing. We have to start from scratch with very little money. I turn 48 next month and have been suffering from massive anxiety since about 8 years old. This move and uncertainty triggered my anxiety and depression horribly. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
