Moving is causing me extreme stress.
After living in a house for three years, it was given as a wedding present by my mother in law, and she used recently decided to take it back. It was a complete shock. Now my wife, son and myself are moving into an apartment with absolutely nothing. We have to start from scratch with very little money. I turn 48 next month and have been suffering from massive anxiety since about 8 years old. This move and uncertainty triggered my anxiety and depression horribly. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

That's not a very nice thing for her to do.
I'm sorry you are struggling with this.
A sudden move is not easy and it's not easy starting again, but all you need is your family, forget her nastiness.

We all suffer from anxiety from mild to severe, mine is overwhelming, I have tried CBD oil and it really helped me. You might want to give it a try.
