...See more Trigger warning: Bad self harm and depression  I was sh-free for about a month but just relapsed really bad last night... Meaning my ankle looks like I put it through a shredder 😭😭. It was a really rough night with an argument with my parents apon my already Self-Harm and the stress from school just made me auto harm without thinking. Does anyone have a good way to help stop the harm??

...See more The worst thing you can hear once you already hate yourself is that you did something that caused terrible panic in someone else and ruined their night 😭. I just really needed to put my worry and pain onto words after I left a dripping wet towel above a toilet and made my dad think there was a leak 😞. Please if y'all comment share something to make you feel better because sharing worries can help put you at ease. (Words of happiness are always encouraged as well 💟)
