Just started recovery for the second time for my ED (I’ve done recovery once before but without success in my opinion). Anyone else in a similar situation, or have tips?

I completely understand. I feel like recovery never ends though I’ve been in recovery for years and I find myself unconsciously relapsing

@astorey91

It requires some serious perserverance. Just know and remember why you want to require - write it down maybe? Remember that you're worth so so much more than your weight, how you look, what you eat.

@astorey91 I think one really critical thing is to not face it alone - whether it's professionals, friends and family, listeners here, etc., having people you can reach out to when things are tough to get some extra support is really important. And recognizing that recovery isn't a straight line path - it's okay to struggle, but it's important to get back on track each time and keep moving towards recovery because that's the end goal. Feel free to reach out if you could use some extra encouragement, and good luck! Proud of you for starting this process!
