...See more I’m not really sure where I should post this but I just really want to talk about it. Recently it’s been getting extremely cold where I live, temps in 15’s and winds being really strong. For context, we live somewhere where it usually gets chilly, but now it’s been getting REALLY cold. I was even told this weekends supposed to feel like zero. For my school I have to eat outside for lunch and have to wait outside before and after school. Due to that, I tried asking my parents for some winter clothes since I genuinely have none. Today I wore my only pair of jeans with a long sleeve shirt, but I’m still so chilly and have a full week of school, with no outfits for the rest☹️ I found a cheap puffer nearby and some pants, maybe around 20$? but my mom just doesn’t want to get up or take me. She told me she won’t go. I don’t have any sweatpants or jackets or pants or gloves of any sort. I’m worried since it’s been told to maybe snow soon and I don’t have proper clothes for being outside. Luckily, I do have fuzzy socks and a pair of boots. I feel bad I’ve been begging her all night, and maybe I’m just making a big deal, but I just have been so cold. She told my dad to take me but he said he doesn’t want to either and it’s not his problem. At this time I am not able to drive myself. I have money but no way of getting there, so that’s just that. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. So please tell me if they’re any tips to stay warm outside? Thank you🩷🩷

...See more This year has been really hard for me, from being a person with so many friends to someone who feels like they have none. My friends don’t like me anymore since people keep talking bad about me. I try not to let it get to me, but I keep up at night because of it, ex: I’m up rn writting this. I have a really hard time reaching out. I don’t like being the problem at all. I don’t want to be judged either by my family but tonight I just keep thinking this. And I believe I should speak with a therapist. I’m really scared to ask my mom. I don’t want her to think I have problems, nor my entire family. I don’t want to be judged or thought of differently just because I struggle. I have these issues and I haven’t been to therapy in years.. I’m just nervous to ask again. Any tips on what to do?

...See more Ive always had issues with mental health, and I take medicine for it. I get really upset and sick, but I never show it to my friends. It’s just not like me. I just don’t want them seeing me as weak or differently. Not my point. For awhile I’ve been basically haunted by this girl. We’re not friends anymore, used to be, and she keeps telling all of my friends stuff about me. And I feel like my friends are distancing. And I know I keep talking about this but I have no body to talk to this about and there’s not a day I don’t go thinking about this. I never told any of my other friends anything bad about the friend I’m not friends with because I think it’s so wrong. Part of me misses being her friend and seeing all the old photos of us, and I know I’m always going to a little no matter what, but then she goes talking about me to everyone. And the day we stopped being friends plays over and over. I’m so embarrassed about it. She pulled me aside at school and she sat there and acted so bratty to my face, and it hurt so much. it’s so sad thinking that was someone I used to speak to all the time. During that time I was in a really dark spot, and I cried at school. We walked to study hall, me just bawling while she enjoyed it. I feel so embarrassed being the one to break down and cry when I never do infront of my friends and that moment keeps replaying. She didn’t care how her words came off. She knows I struggle really bad and she knows I’ve been places because of it, but she keeps spreading stuff about me and I can’t get away. I never talk about her negativity, but that’s all I receive. I try to be so kind to all my friends. I buy them gifts and offer them everything, but I feel like no one will do it for me anymore. I want to move on so bad. I want to stop hurting myself and I really want friends. I just want to know how people do it. Sorry for talking about this so much, I just don’t know who to go to anymore.

...See more I feel like all my friends hate me and I’ve never felt so lonely. i’ve been so paranoid recently and we were at lunch today and this used to be a group of 10 girls. At the start the year I had this thing with one of the girls where I found out she blocked me so I asked her if she was upset with me, but she lied to me and hasn’t talk to me since. But I don’t hate her. I don’t think I ever could used to be close so part of me always is gonna feel guilt. I haven’t talked *** about her to anyone and I wouldn’t. But I know she’s been saying a lot to everyone in the group and it’s ruining my life. She doesn’t even sit with the group at lunch but she’s still trying to bring me down. It’s been worse since I don’t have a best friend anymore. We were so close for six years, but I saw messages of her and the girl who blocked me, talking bad about me and I felt so heartbroken. Our big group is tearing apart and I feel like part of it is all my fault. I feel like they all hate me other than three or four. Today one left to the band room and the other two followed, then the girl who blocked me was already gone, and my two closest friends were absent. It was me and two others. I used to be so close to them and it felt like I was leeching on the entire time, I was following. I felt so embarrassed of myself. I was going to cry. I felt like such in outsider in a group I loved so much. But it’s tearing apart and I have no one else. I just want friends. I can’t be alone.

...See more I feel like all of my friends hate me. We used to be a big group back then, but recently everyone’s been splitting and I feel likes it’s all my fault and they all don’t like me anymore. One of the girls blocked me and ever since I asked her if she was upset with me she hasn’t spoken to me and I feel like she’s saying stuff to everyone in the group and I haven’t said anything to them and I feel like I’m going to lose everyone since my two main friends weren’t at school and I’ve never felt so distant and alone at lunch. A group of ten was three with me. They spoke to me but I felt like the two tolerated me. Maybe im just worried but it’s making me sick I feel like they all talk about me and I really like them and I don’t have anyone else like that. My best friend of six years left me for another girl, the one who blocked me. I’m so lonley.

...See more I feel guilt even asking but does anyone have any coping methods or like anything that keeps me off of SH. I feel guilty admiring it, and saying it. I really try stopping but sometimes my emotions and everything that happens gets way too much for me and I’m not clean anymore. I’ve tried using the thing where you snap a rubber band every time you think about it, but it doesn’t work and I’ve really been at one of my lowest right now. I just want to stop but it’s so hard

...See more I went months clean. I really tried, and right now so much is going on and all my friends left me for each other and they all talk bad about me. I just don’t have a best friend. And I’m not a person’s first pick. I’ve been terrible. I don’t know what to do. I made myself throw up so my mom wouldn’t take me to school. I just feel so drained and I’ve done it again. I ask for advice but I haven’t gotten any. I’m too scared to talk to my parents. They wouldn’t help.
