BPD Rage Blackouts

...See more Hi I'm struggling. I've been told I've had 2 BPD anger blackouts. I don't know what is triggering them. One minute I feel ok and then I feel rage buildup and then I blackout. I am covered in bruises and sore muscles. I tried to hurt myself and my partner tried to stop it by holding me until I came out of it. I don't remember any of it. It's super scary!!! I called my therapist office and they told me basically to go to the hospital if it happens again. Some Healthcare system we have. I am so worried I will hurt my boyfriend or myself. Any tips or pointers??

...See more I don't know if I am even typing in the right spot. I am in a very bad state mentally. I have bad adhd ocd ptsd etc.... and I hurt myself. I get angry and frustrated and I hit myself usually in the head. I broke my own finger hitting myself last week and I feel like I am spiraling down quickly. I see a therapist once every 2 months which isn't enough but I live in Canada and it's difficult to get the proper help. I feel so lost and alone.

...See more I am so lonely and depressed. My bf is sitting in the other room and the situation is messed up. He might be going to jail and we have no money for bail. We have been living off of my credit cards so we are broke. I have no clue what I’m doing or what I should be doing I’m overwhelmed. I don’t even know if I’m typing this in the right place 😞 anyways thought I would reach out before I did something stupid. I hope you are all coping ok. hugs
