...See more my trauma got flared up last week and since then i've been in different waves of depression. my therapist has been supporting me and some listeners here. i really need to be serious about taking care of myself. i feel so bad. here are some things i want to take seriously: -give less of my time to things that eat up my energy -sleep more/enough/earlier -say kind things to myself -call a warmline if i am thinking of harmful thoughts

...See more i'm coming up for air since my last post. i realize that i am so numb and disconnected from what is happening in the world. my safety continues to be in question but i dont even care anymore? does it even matter if i exist anymore? i dont even know.Ā  sometimes i feel those old emotions of wanting to dream again. to feel safe and to make sure my fellow queer folks do too. but it gets covered in sadness, grief, and overwhelm. a really suffocating sweaty fur jacket.

...See more This might be better suited in the depression forum but uhhh oh well. I've come to the conclusion that no one really wants to hear or see the real me. I've been told to be too much in my feelings, thoughts/thought process, and even in my identity. Learning pronouns is too much of a hassle.Ā  I reconnected with a friend tooday and I had a strange experience feeling like a bot. I'm going to validate and validate this friend in order to stay friends. I was wondering if this is my existence and how I would be appreciated by others. Just mask and mask?Ā  It's a a sad existence and I'm just hopeless.Ā
