...See more Is it embarrassing/pathetic of me to go clothes shopping with my mum because I'm too anxious to do it on my own? Like I've never gone clothes shopping on my own before, I will have to have my mum be outside the changing rooms when I'm trying stuff on. And I'll feel really anxious away from her in the shop. And I'm 17. I feel really pathetic about it.

...See more I went out for a walk today on my own (the first time I've been out on my own in a while) and I had a face mask on most of the time because I feel so self-concious of my face, I just feel like I look really bad without it. I hate people looking at my face, I just feel like I look so ugly. how can I stop feeling like this??
