Bio

I have a lot of trauma with diagnosed bipolar, depression, and I am on permanent disability. I’m married with two kids under the age of three and I am the permanent caregiver. I have a deep understanding for what other people are going through, but still don’t know how to navigate my own problems. I am open to suggestions.

...See more Anybody got tools that are free to dive deep into how to recover? I didn’t realize how bad my childhood was until I had kids of my own.

...See more I broke my back in 2020 jumping out of planes in the us military got medically discharged in 2025. I have been on a roller coaster of emotions along with constant physical pain, and I can’t find a job, even though I’ve been applying and written so many effing cover letters. I have a wife and two kids and I’m a stay at home caregiver now for them while my wife goes and works as a teacher. In the beginning, I said, drugs were bad for me, and they said I need drugs to live My injury is taking everything that I loved to do away from me. I have to wear diapers because I can’t control the fact that I keep leaking urine and I can no longer pick up my kids let alone play with them on the ground. I am constantly battling my inner voice. Someone else could do my job better than I could and I feel like I’m worth more dead than alive right now. I can’t quit the SSRIs even if I feel like they’re not working to the point calming me down.

Am I over thinking?
Relationship Stress / by imaginativeDay4775

...See more I’ve been married for five years. I have two kids when my wife was pregnant with our first she stopped really caring about her overall. And didn’t want to be intimate. I tried to understand and be supportive because I think she’s beautiful without anything. I recently got medically discharged from the military because I broke my back in 2020 we have been through a lot and just this last year, my wife had a placental abruption and had an emergency C-section. She got diagnosed with aortic aneurysm and tricuspid valve syndrome. We moved to Utah for two months because I was promised a job by a family member that fell through. We now live in California in her hometown so she has old friends and I don’t know anybody she all of a sudden started caring about her overall parents but she keeps getting invited to things that I’m not allowed to go to because it’s girls night. I want her to have fun and enjoy her friends but deep down it makes me feel anxious. Is it weird for somebody to go a long time not caring about how they look when they’re in a relationship and then all of a sudden starting to care?
