...See more I feel like I've tried a lot of therapy that involves reaching out to others and ultimately leads to nowhere. I feel helpless and resourceful at the same time. Because I know myself more than anyone else. But I'm also somewhat desperate for human interaction and help coming from another human. Sometimes I actually feel intensely jealous and resentful for the other people with a support system. The roadblock is that it takes an effort to build that. But I still have given up on them, people, because it never lasts. I don't even know why I'm doing this any more.

...See more Getting misgendered is one of those things that are inevitable. It hurts almost every time but there seems to be nothing you can do about it. I'm at risk for being called selfish for correcting them. Those same people I came out to years ago still disrespect me but I let it happen and I keep getting hurt. I don't actually want to talk about it with them because I know they don't see the importance or understand it as well. I feel so lonely and isolated as a trans person. I feel like I'm watching everything from a glass box. Like I'm not actually apart of this world because no one can understand me. I don't feel like this all the time, but when I do it sucks. I sort of feel like this right now. I try so hard to detatch from those aspects of people and just focus on the parts that are helpful to me. Or think about the times they acknowledged my gender identity. It means a lot to me, and maybe I'm making a big deal of it and being silly but it really does mean a lot to me. I just hope that one day I can feel comfortable in how I present myself.

Struggle making friends

...See more Humans are so weird. I don't know what to think anymore. I feel like a robot or alien that was put here to connect with humans and fail miserably. It's so hard for me to make and keep friends. I am relitively introverted and it seems like people dislike me for no apparent reason. All I am is nice to people. Today I was at school and I saw some kids that stood out, like not the type of "basic" kids but "weird" kids and when I asked if I could sit by them, they hesitated and said "I don't think you can" I was confused and said "huh?" Then it's like they finally gave in and said, "Ok, sure just sit down with us..." I was kind of taken aback because I was looking forward to getting recruited by them. I keep going through these scenarios in my mind where I meet someone in public and they become my friend but it never happens. And then when it does, it never lasts. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm not interesting enough for people to talk to. I'm not conventionally attractive or cool, I don't fit in. They all just ignore me, even if I keep glaring at them or atleast try to hint that I want to be friends. I gave up hope in people awhile ago. Also, I don't have an official autism diagnosis although I was diagnosed with it a couple of years ago from my school. I just put this here cause I thought this would be relatable in this forum.
