I feel like I've tried a lot of therapy that involves reaching out to others and ultimately leads to nowhere. I feel helpless and resourceful at the same time. Because I know myself more than anyone else. But I'm also somewhat desperate for human interaction and help coming from another human. Sometimes I actually feel intensely jealous and resentful for the other people with a support system. The roadblock is that it takes an effort to build that. But I still have given up on them, people, because it never lasts. I don't even know why I'm doing this any more.

Everybody needs and deserves social interaction.. Please don't be ashamed. It's worth it in the end when you discover people you connect with.. Your right it takes alot of effort.. Please continue on to your destiny! 🌲

Admitting you lack something others have is a major step to improving your situation. However, make sure you don't get stuck in a loop of comparing yourself to others there are many reasons why things just don't work out, and some of them are beyond our control.
You are someone that is going through a lot and your feelings are valid, in a perfect world we would all get what we want but that's sadly not the reality. Don't toss away your effort though. The fact that you're still trying therapy to help yourself is admirable. Sure, it may take time, and there are barriers to overcome in order to find someone (a therapist or support group you can count on) your effort will be repaid.
There's a barrier to meeting and getting along with people initially. However, don't be afraid to reach out, find interesting things about people don't be afraid to ask an old acquaintance about how they are doing. I know it may sound like a heavy expectation, but I was once in your headspace and dwelling on something alone is never the best option to escape it. I genuinely hope you are able to overcome how you're feeling at the moment. And I hope you have an amazing week ahead!
