Trying to be completely sober

...See more So, I am honestly not sure what to call myself. I wouldn’t say I’m a true full blown addict and never went into rehab or anything like that, but I have smoked weed for years and always very dependable on it and this past warm season we had I was drinking almost everyday and was taking opioids here and there, along with stimulants because of get very addicted to energy. I snorted two lines of coke once and loved it. Lately I have been having dreams of doing it again beci really enjoyed it and it scares me. I was able to stop myself from drinking too much and stopped taking opioids and stimulants all on my own, but did start drinking more excessively recently and I’m trying to stop and to boot I am on prescription antipsychotic to help with mental illness so I wanted to fully commit to no drinking or anything that makes me non sober like weed too which is harder for me because I always loved it and been depending on it for years now to help with relaxation and stress but I feel mixing it with my prescription medication makes it so it isn’t working right and making me more tired. So, done with my rant. What would y’all say I am? Because I don’t know anymore. I usually aimed towards a very addictive personality because when I did give up drinking and opioids for a bit I got very addicted to shopping and now I’m in a hole money wise. It’s like I’m always replacing one addiction with another.

...See more I need help with plenty right now. When it comes to nicotine cravings, impulsivity, stress, anxiety, recovering from self harm, depression, etc. I basically need help with a lot and would like advice with certain situations that come with my day to day life. I want to stop feeling so overwhelmed when it comes to putting my foot down with certain people. I want to learn to worry about myself more rather than everyone else before myself literally every day and then that is what I feel ends up consuming me, the fact I’m paying so little attention to my own mental health and caring too much for everyone else.

...See more How to help with nicotine and alcohol cravings? I have been on and off with the cigarettes… that’s always the hardest and as for drinking haven’t had any in almost 3 weeks but I also wouldn’t consider myself an alcoholic more just dependent on it, but I was able to stop all on my own so the question is… is it okay to drink once in awhile when you’re not considered an alcoholic?
