...See more I’ve felt like this for so long and I don’t know what to do about it. I have family and friends who care about me yet I feel empty and like I have nobody to talk to and I can’t talk to anyone eventhough I know that I have lots of people. Sometimes I just feel alone and numb and just want to cry all night.

...See more So yesterday I was about a month clean however I sh yesterday. This is because I just either don’t feel good enough anymore and because I just feel useless all the time. Also I do it because my scars are fading and it makes me sad knowing that they are not there and when I see other peoples scars and they aren't like mine and they and deeper it just makes me want to do it again because I feel like I didn’t do it good enough and I should have done it deeper.

...See more my scars from my previous actions are now starting to fade and it’s becoming really hard not to relapses. I’ve seen people with worse scars then mine and it makes me feel like I haven't done it as good and I need to redo it and do it properly and deeper. It’s a cycle in my head that won’t stop and I can’t control it
