How do i cope with anxiety?

...See more Lately ive been struggling with anxiety，like i'm scared that it will never get better and i'll be sick forever. I'm scared that i will never find an answer to whats causing my illness. I'm scared that people will judge me or think that i'm weak or they may not even believe me when i tell them i'm sick. I want to tell my teachers about my health condition but it's difficult for me to be honest about a difficult topic like chronic illness...but on the other hand, i don't want to suffer in silence.  How do you cope with anxiety? And how do i stop wanting to control everything, especially my future?

...See more "You don't battle chronic illness, you make peace with it." If anyone has any tips on how to come to terms with having a chronic illness and overcoming envy of healthy people, i'd be happy to hear. Feel free to share any stories or your experiences too.

...See more Hello everyone, could you please help pray for me? I've been struggling a lot with chronic illness, getting my house chores done and school work done and it's really difficult and i feel like sometimes it's too much for me to handle. Sometimes i wonder if God tests me beyond my capacity. I'm just so tired.

...See more I'm just so tired of tying my self-worth to my achievements, i constantly feel like i'm not doing enough and that i could've done better even though i tried my best already, but i feel like my best isn't good enough. I feel like i'm too ambitious and even though i'm doing well in school, it's ruining my mental health and it's making me feel burned out often and I just want to stop focusing too much on my weaknesses, but i don't know how. I've been struggling with toxic productivity for years and i still haven't really found a way to overcome it, so if you do have some advice, please do let me know. And if you have some similar experiences too, i'd be happy to hear your story. I feel so alone sometimes too honestly, i just need someone who will cheer me up and maybe even give me a virtual hug. I've been dealing with quite a lot of anxiety as well and it's so exhausting, although i'm trying my best to push through all this
