...See more I’m still new and have made a few post. I don’t know if this is worth posting but this place has been a good outlet for me during active panic attacks. But I’ve officially started meds and currently looking into one on one therapy. To help work out this brain of mine. I’m anxious/nervous but know this is the right move for me.

...See more At my best friends birthday dinner. And having a panic attack. I’ve meet everyone who’s here before. But it’s been so long that I’ve been in this type of setting it seems overwhelming. Also a mutual friend is here. Who’s related to her by marriage. And idk why I have the feeling she hates me. Or doesn’t care for me anymore…. And could be why I feel like I’m having a panic attack
