...See more Last year my wife discovered that I read trashy and risqué manga (Japanese comic books for you normies) we had a huge argument about it. I promised never to read it again and to be transparent with her. Recently we had a baby and during post partum we had zero intimacy. It was then I started reading again and started looking at even regular porn, something I haven’t done in years. She discovered my secret and now I’ve been banished to the guest bedroom. She’s even hesitant to have me help care for our child. What can I do?? Help I don’t want this!

...See more It's hard. Plain and simple. When you've been doing things your way for so long and thought it was ok but it wasn't. It was wrong. You were wrong. I am pushing myself to get and be better for my wife and future child. I believe I've made progress but I won't deny that it's really really hard. I guess the point is to keep getting better day by day.

...See more I've been tempted to look at porn a couple times over the last few days, it's been a real struggle since the wife decided that we should abstain from sex for two weeks to help cure my addiction. Not sure how much it's helping me but I want to make her happy and I want her to trust me again.

...See more My wife said that she read somewhere that when quitting porn, sex should be avoided (the article said 90 days but she didn't necessarily agree with that). Just wondering peoples thoughts on this if this seems too far like I think it is, or a perfectly normal thing when breaking an addiction.

...See more I've been addicted to pornography for almost 15 years scary to think about it like that.. in the past few years I've moved away from "real" porn and switched to reading hentai and risqué or ecchi manga for those who know the lingo. My wife found my phone and went threw my recent reads on my manga app. I'm just done I'm tired of lying to her and I need help breaking free.
