It's hard. Plain and simple. When you've been doing things your way for so long and thought it was ok but it wasn't. It was wrong. You were wrong. I am pushing myself to get and be better for my wife and future child. I believe I've made progress but I won't deny that it's really really hard.
I guess the point is to keep getting better day by day.
