...See more It's been a little over a month that I've started "dieting", but the results never showed. I've always thought of myself as fat, ever since I was in 3rd grade. Just recently, I started counting calories and doing yoga. It's helped me to lose [edited for weight specifics/triggers by forum mentor] kg in the last 2 weeks. My diets have always been around [edited] calories, but it plunged down to [edited[ calories today. I really don't know how to feel about this. There's a part of me that's proud of what I'm doing, and there's another part that's screaming out for me to get help.

...See more Sometimes I feel so horrible about myself. There are actual people in the world with actual problems like poverty and starvation and cancer, and here I am, feeling depressed in my perfectly good life. What is wrong with me?

...See more Okay, so I'm a 14 year old from India, and I suffer from depression and addiction. I have been addicted to prescription drugs for the past two years, and I self harm as well. I joined 7 cups a few days ago, so I'm still fairly new :) . Lately, I've discovered that I don't want to become happy or move away from depression. It's scaring me, and I just wanted to know whether anybody has ever felt the same before, and if anybody has any answers as to why it happens. That's it. Bye!
