I believe that angels walk among us, because God is a really busy person-solving lack of world peace, world hunger, etc.  He sends angels to us even in human form to help the cause.  Look for them...now, look harder. I am an experienced listener as this has been an essential part of my work for several years. I am realistic in what I can do to help, and non-judgemental and sensitive in my approach  I have worked with people through many difficult times relating to a variety of life's issues and challenges - and I have also personal experience of some difficult life challenges and choices. I don't ever pretend I have all the answers though! Overthinking is like a swamp — the more a person gets trapped in the same thought, the deeper they continue to sink. If you hold a glass 🥛 in your hand, keeping it for one minute feels easy. But if you keep holding the same glass for an hour, your arm starts to go numb. The same is true for worries and problems. Thinking about an issue for a few moments is wisdom, but keeping it constantly on your mind weakens a person’s courage, peace, and ability to make decisions. Peace in life does not come from continuously thinking about everything. It comes from removing unnecessary burdens from the mind and taking practical steps. I have always believed that foundations matter more than appearances. I grew up in a world where things were built by hand and understood from the inside out. That instinct never left me. Whether machines or ideas, I care about structure — about what holds something together when time tests it. Memory has become important to me. The past feels solid, almost physical. It reminds me that time reshapes everything, and that if something is to endure, it must be built with intention. I value discipline, privacy, and quiet strength. I believe clarity reduces chaos, and that refinement is a lifelong practice. I am still building — systems, stories, and meaning — and I suspect that the work itself is the point.
