Hey, my name is Katie and I'd love to get to know more about you! I'm willing to have a chat about any issues that are on your mind but there are certain issues that I know less about. These issues that I don't have personal experience in are issues that I will talk with you about but there might be a different listener that is a better fit for:  Adoption/foster care Breakups Chronic pain Men's issues (duhh) Religion/spirituality Sexual health Relationship issues ---------------------- On the other end of the spectrum we have issues that I have personal experience in: Autism Depression Dissociative disorders General mental health LGBTQ+ issues Loneliness Panic attacks Self harm ---------------------- I am also willing to have casual chats if that helps you. My general listening style is based on trying to ask questions and understanding your situation. About me: I am a verified listener and went on here to help people that are in mental pain and need a listening ear. I'm 16 years old and live alone in a 1 room "summer" house that I pay for by working as a teacher assistant after school. I want to become a therapist in the future and will go to uni for it.  On 7Cups I am a teen quality star which means that I help mentor other listeners. I am also a part of the anonymous evaluations team which means I have a separate members account which I talk to listeners with to check that everyone is following the rules and also give feedback to the listeners so they can improve.
