As a listener, I believe healing starts when we get curious instead of critical. It begins with a gentle shift in the questions we ask ourselves. Instead of ‘What's wrong with me?’, we can gently ask, ‘What's making me feel this way?’ Rather than asking ‘Why am I like this?’, we can pause and wonder, ‘Why am I feeling this way right now?’ or ‘What do I need in this moment?’ Whether you want to explore where a feeling is coming from, understand what it's trying to tell you, or simply learn how to be a little kinder to yourself, I'm here with you.
