An avid Linux Junkie and supporter of OpenSource technology, Cris brings to the table strong coding with an artistic eye. Cris is a dedicated family man to his loving wife Shauna and two wonderful children.
Twisha studied the psychology of help seekers in her Ph.D. research, and loves to find ways to facilitate helping interactions among people. In the past, she has focused on international business operations for various organizations. Twisha is also a trained Kathak dancer.
Laura joins us from the Startup Institute in New York, where she developed a passion for community building. In her previous life, Laura worked in Affiliate Marketing at The Dr. Oz Show. She has a passion for building strong relationships, health and wellness and practices meditation daily.
Heather, our Community Manager, is a great believer in the power of listening and the positive change it can bring about. She is fascinated by the human mind and loves discovering creative ways to educate. Heather is also a pianist and lives in the UK with her three children.
Christian, our Head of Product, has been making online spaces to connect people since he first encountered the internet. He ran the messaging products team at AOL and was most recently director of product at CloudOn. He is the author of The Power of Many and co-author of Designing Social Interfaces. Christian lives in Palo Alto with his wife Briggs and an ever-growing collection of ukuleles.
Ezra acts as a Full Stack Engineer at 7 Cups, bringing his enthusiasm for bleeding-edge technologies to the team. He has spent over a decade fusing a strong background in Computer Science with fast-paced and innovative start-ups. Ezra and his wife Jill are raising their two children on Vancouver Island.
Lara is a social worker with clinical experience in private practice, community, university, and hospital-based care. She also has a background in public policy, program management, and clinical research. She is driven to develop creative solutions to prevent health problems and to improve wellness. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she can befound hiking on the weekends with her husband and 4 young kids.
Kate is our Group Support Community Manager. She is passionate about mental health and working with volunteers. Kate has experience working on crisis and suicide prevention hotlines and working with national mental health nonprofit organizations. She lives in the Washington DC area with her two cats.
Christina works in Product and User Experience. She is passionate about providing the best product experience for everyone. She lived in Denmark for three years, completing her Ph.D. in geology and oceanography. Traveling and learning new languages (human and computer) are her favorite hobbies. She lives in mountainous Colorado with her two dogs.
Khoi has led the people program at several startups in hyper-growth over the past decade. Primarily working in the software and renewable energy space, he has a passion for creating healthy company cultures and high team engagement through active listening. Khoi currently resides in San Francisco and enjoys exploring the food scene.
Anna-Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing guidance, support, and education in the mental health community. She is passionate about finding ways to make quality treatment accessible to those in need. She has practiced in psychiatric hospitals, treatments center, mobile crisis, and private practice. Anna-Kate, her husband and two children live in the Raleigh, NC area where she enjoys being a girl scout leader and crafting.
Deja, our Customer Service Representative, prides herself on being the go-to problem fixer. She has a strong passion for providing great support to individuals all over the world. Her main goal is keep as many people as content as possible. Residing in New Jersey, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones.
Sue, our Peer Lead, is a person with the lived experience and one of the first National Certified Peer Specialists. Prior to joining 7 Cups, Sue worked as the National VP of Consumer and Family Affairs at Optum/United and the CEO of the Depression and Bipolar Supports Alliance. She loves her little pink house by a lake and her two wonderful pups.
Kate has consistently pursued opportunities to embrace and apply social psychology in technology. After receiving her Ph.D. in Social Psychology, she left academia for the social media research start-up scene where she has happily rollercoastered the peaks and valleys of digital life in the 21st century. Kate loves everything psychology, exercise, and green tea. She lives in Austin with her partner, Derek, their four boys, Finn, Atticus, Story and Theodore; and puppy, Leonard.

Glen lives with his wife, Nicole, and their four children, Colin, Madeliene, Avery, and London.
