being kind and soft hearted woman
Todays worl expect you to be strong and independent. When describing a independent woman, you have think of her as a boss lady, who can doesnt take no for an answer, who doesnt take any disrespect, who doesnt cry and can handle anything. I think of her the same way. But looking at my current state, i feel like i can never be like the strong lady boss. I dont have what it takes to be that strong woman.
I want to be a leader and be independent. But I cry a thousand times, even on minute things. May be a phase, or just who I am. I even cry in front of people, even though I feel shame about that, I cannot control my tears. I have a soft heart. I know crying is not bad and everyone cries and have their own battles, but I am someone who feels exhausted, in this hustle culture and feel lonely and unsuccessful. I dont have a job past 4 moths, the job I left on my own for my better health and mind, but feels like i am stupid as I am trying so hard.

What you said reminds me what happened to men many years ago. They were expected to be independent, even if that meant rejecting their spouses and children. You had to think of them as bosses and leaders, who did not take "no" for an answer, even if that meant doing harm to someone. Who did not take any disrespect, who did not cry and who could handle anything.
The effects were miserable, with lots of men being outsiders in their family life. Responsible for being aggressive or abusive. Consumed by addiction, depression and anxiety. Living the "right" way of life, but feeling empty inside. Just to satisfy the unwritten expectations and popular myths the world had about them?...
To not mention the fact that society which in 99% consists of CEOs (as it seems to be still expected today) would turn the social pyramid totally upside down. And I believe there is still a big difference between being a "boss" and being a true leader, which can be also soft and quiet. With compassion instead of self-importance. Ability to see and feel instead of ability to ignore and forget. Understanding and peace instead of fear of being constantly not enough and too vulnerable.
How would you like the idea of being yourself, a unique and beautiful swan that - who knows that... - maybe needlessly regrets NOT being an ugly duckling? 😊

Heyyy Soul! I hope you are keeping up well now! ❣️
I can only imagine how much difficult the phases of life can be where everything feels pointless given your situation of struggling to find a job added on with the societal pressures. But I tell you, your strength is radiated by what you said yourself, I want to be a leader and become independent! 💪🏻
I'm so proud of you for that pretty soul that you still hold hope even when things feel so heavy and there's barely any energy to manage everything, when everything feels overwhelming!
I just want you to know that you are a strong woman! 💟 While we can always have a discussion on who's actually a strong woman and a leader! But I will just lighten your load by saying that, a strong person definitely is not somebody who doesn't cry or who doesn't lose heart or hope! A strong person is one who owns their vulnerabilities even when they are judged! They know that they are always enough just as they are! And it doesn't really matter what others think about them or want them to do! They know they are worthy of all the abundance and joy in life and you are as well! 💕
So, if you are authentic to yourself, you are already a leader and a strong woman! And it's okay to not have all the answers right now! It's okay to exist with a lot of uncertainties at this moment but trust me, gradually you will figure out everything!
Kindly don't lose heart! 💞 You are never alone in this! I'm there for you! Rooting here only! Just right here!
Keep your strength up! 💪🏻 You are a brave human even on days when it feels messy and uneasy! You still are! And you will be better with each passing day! ❤️ I trust you! Kindly trust yourself as well!

Hey there!! I hope you're doing well now.
I just wanted to remind you that, choosing your mental health wasn’t stupid, it was brave and crying doesn’t make you weak. It only means that you still care deeply. That's a sign of powerful human being. You've a soft heart and that's your strength, not a flaw.
I wish you strength. May you receive all the blessings and more. All the best for your future ahead!🌿
