Martial Arts, anyone?

Curious if anyone here practices a martial art or dabbles in a few, lol.
I do Wing Chun very casually as a hobby, still very much so figuring things out and not nearly as fluent as what you'll see in that video and many others.
I tried boxing and BJJ in the past but found it to be too fast-paced for my liking.

@comfortingmusician08 “Interesting! I also practice martial arts: I’m a 1st dan black belt in ninjutsu and I’m just starting BJJ as a white belt. What made you find boxing and BJJ too fast-paced?”

@Voceamica It just wasn't my thing lol. Ninjutsu + BJJ is a solid combo.

@comfortingmusician08 Wing Chun is based on slow, structured forms, and I think it’s a really beautiful martial art.

@Voceamica it starts/appears slow to show our attention to detail but it can absolutely be fast when seen/used in context.

@comfortingmusician08 “That’s interesting. So the slowness is more about control and detail rather than actual speed in application?”
