22 but body feels elderly.
Seriously. Neck pain, back pain, wrist pain, heel pain. Never had the fittest body but I can't be on my feet for over an hour without serious aching. It's what I get for spending all my youth at a computer, I guess.
@robinvh
what is your plan to change.
Sometimes aches can be helping by strength training your body especially if inactive on computers etc.
If real pain, have you consulted a physician.
Hey @robinvh
Oof, that really sounds rough. How are you holding up?
And totally unrelated, but I love your picture!

I can relate, not to the age, although I felt it. I use binaural beats on Youtube to help with discomfort, otherwise it's hard to function.
Heat and rest can be really beneficial as well. I hope you find a way to manage it.
best advice is train even small start for that might be the case but most rich people would give there money for youth because they have the know how to make money work for them but they can by time adn honeslty im more fit than the average but my job demand me pickng up brick at a fst rate but i use pre work out to help speed because over the years i used the im young i dont feel it but little exerice is better than none for the willing ness to move will always be stronger than the will to die where to sit for sititng in a chair thinknig about the pain only makes it worse than you think mind over matter isnt always the case but its like if you don t believe in your self its already an unbalaenced battle
@robinvh I sympathize heavy. I got Hypermobilty disorder myself and my 20s I felt like an old man. Give yourself come self compassion(even if it hard).
@robinvh
Hey there. I'm sorry you're going through that. I'm in my early twenties and I couldn't agree more with your description. Body ache wasn't something I had anticipated at this age. Sedentary lifestyle has a huge role to play for this like you mentioned. I like to workout and move my body as much as I can, even if it's a 10 minutes cardio or brisk walking. Any sort of physical activity should be practiced to keep this pain at bay and lead our life healthy.
@robinvh
Hi, it's never too late to start. Start small, & after some time u will find yourself loving that healthy lifestyle. 🌻
