Advice me

Hey guys i dont know how this works but i wanted to ask a question. What do u do if u wanna go to college so bad to do that one program that when u pass it u get scholarship to study abroad but the problem is that u dont have money to enroll in that program . And u are from a poor familily and they cant help you. You cannot even secure a job. Even if u get one the money u get goes to basic needs at home. Also u tried looking for loans but u dont qualify for one neither anyone in your family qualify for one? Like this is a 1 year program and if u lose the chance it wont come back again. Like guys i tried fundraising website but i cant get donors. So the only way u can get fund is when people help u.What would u do if u were in my situation.
