I am rafi , i am going through a separation and me and my wife got separated today and she will go to file the divorce tomorrow . I tried bringing hEr back , begged her requested her but she won’t change her mind . Someone please help me I am feeling so depressed so much in pain need some advice and need someone to talk to . Plz someone help me please

When going through something like this and it is either filed or will be the time to Change IMO is over.....
sometimes something ends and when we do not want it to ... the feelings that follow often are would have or could have .....
if you can change that to will and can for future instead of ruminating about past it will help
