I am wondering how people deal with anger. I get sudden burts of anger and its not healthy.

It's good you are acknowledging it.

It's important to perhaps keep a diary for a week or two, identifying what triggers you, so that things won't escalate further.

It's important to walk away and count to ten, before you react 💜🤗

For me I ask myself is it justified? Why am I feeling so strongly? Then I try to remove myself from the situation and think about what message I'm really trying to say.

I usually try and diffuse it before it gets to that state. I write out my feelings and say, Ok, today this is really bothering me, What can I do about it?

And then depending on who it is and what's it's about I'll act according.

I find sometimes it is not the item in the moment but sometimes underlying frustration...

That can linger and we may respond to something totally different in anger in a sudden burst like we finally had too much to hold.    The better IMO way to handle is not just the small things but find a way to get rid of the underlying frustration.

Sometimes we even have to stop and reflect on what is the source of that. What can we do to fix or lessen that frustration.
