Been caught in a paradox of being intellectually hungry but depressed or burned out
For some reason, a part of me suddenly wants to learn new things, study and be productive. But right when I am readily getting into it, any little mishap knocks me over and I lose my motivation or first conviction to follow through. It becomes too heavy or burdensome to carry through a long term process. Are there resources available to self-help whenever depression and burnout hits and makes your mind blank and stagnate and lose focus? This has been the worst struggle that has continually been getting in my way. I would seek for a therapist but I am currently broke 😅 one of the worst experiences that I can’t control is losing awareness of being able to ask for help. In an overwhelm, I can’t think at all, and instinctively isolate. If there is a preventative approach or methods out there, having those resources would be great.

Dudeeeeee I'm the same way!!! Super motivated and then... meh. lol
Emotional overwhelm and brain fog are no joke... It's real.
My mom invented "Time Chores". Set your phone alarm for 10 minutes from now, then change your activity when it goes off. Doesn't matter what it is. Even if it's going from *** to 7Cups. Little changes go a long way. Try that and let me know if it helps! <3
