😔

It takes time and distance 🧡

And you learning, you didn't deserve it.

None of it is was your fault or is a reflection of you.

Sorry you had to experience this 💛

Hi, I just ended one recently, and I can tell you from experience. It takes a lot of effort and distance.Take time to realize that love isn't something that you should rush, trusting can be really hard again. One thing that's kept me calm is Journaling journaling your thoughts and emotions can be super beneficial as a way to look back, and also kind of build and put reflections on your own thoughts. I often look back on everything that I've written down. I go back and ask myself the same questions. How am I feeling now? How do I feel about this now? It gives me a proper way to reflect on everything. And also kind of come to terms of processing everything slowly, I like to go about it in parts and bits.

On things I wanted for my next relationship. What I've learned things I would do differently things that I wasn't okay with and also recognizing those patterns, journaling has helped me realize that there's so much calmness within writing and also really putting your thoughts on the paper. The second you start writing it really does help you clear conscience a little bit , including on those really hard days where sometimes you just feel extra alone and you don't know where else to turn to
