Hospitalization
I spent 5 days at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. I got out 5 days ago. It was a wild ride. My antidepressant started to work backwards, worsening my depression. I've been almost a month completely sober from alcohol, and I feel pretty good since leaving the hospital. I had some issues with my mom (I never told her I was going sober), and now that we've talked it out and I told her, our relationship has gotten much healthier. I'm a much happier person.

Glad you are doing better ...
it is nice when we can come clean and talk with those important to us and the understanding and having things in open makes things all easier and happier.... I always wish others can learn from people that being true and open is a lot less stressful and often just works.
