Leaving toxic friends (ur thoughts?)
How do you feel when you left all your toxic friends behind and those dreams got crushed bur thwre is this sense of freedom, peace n protection that actually makes you happy ypu did it before it went even deeper into wound?

@livbinny it feels bad at first but after some time you realise what was really happening aand then you find a peace. Like some of my friends wanted to make me addicted in drinking . Because they had bad habits and they wanted someone in college who was weak and prone to corruption and that was me but I was like I had never drunk so we would it occasionally but after 2 years I saw the pattern of their manipulation where they were trying to do it frequently and when I broke it and told them we will not drink together they unfriended me. So yeah my dreams were broken I thought maybe they were good friends I was sad but now after 2 months Im actually realising more and more stuff and am happy now that toxic thing was gone. I feel free now.

I have had ex-friend up to one query for years trying to be friends w her friend too… she never got my message across n always acted so confused n so on…. n I only now see how small I was trying to be every single time… creating this “tunnel vision” of my “dream” for us all (3) to become friends together… but now I know they weren’t the right friends for me nor did they care…. I was totally tied n attached to something that wasn’t even there just cuz I still had hopes for her that she will reach out to her other friend abt all this n I tried to plan multiple ways to say this across but it always backfired. Moral is not to waste time w ppl that are not willing to do same for u.
