I'm so sorry to hear that you've been struggling in life and haven't felt loved or supported. It's important to recognize that everyone has their own journey and that it's never too late to make positive changes. It might seem daunting to tackle everything you feel you've failed at once, so it's important to start small and be kind to yourself. Here are a few ways to approach the situation:

  1. Start with self-acceptance. It's crucial to learn to be kind to yourself and accept yourself, flaws and all. You might have made mistakes or not achieved what you wanted, but it's never too late to start fresh. Try to focus on what you've accomplished, even if it's small, and give yourself credit for it.
  2. Set small, achievable goals. Break down your long-term goals into smaller, manageable steps. For example, if you want to have more money, set a goal to save a certain amount every month. If you want to learn a skill, start with a small step, like taking an online course or seeking out a mentor.
  3. Seek out support. Find a support system of people who accept you and can provide encouragement and understanding. This could be a therapist, a supportive friend or family member, or a support group. Having a supportive community can make a big difference in helping you feel more connected and less alone.
  4. Practice self-compassion. When you feel down or like you've failed, practice self-compassion. Be kind to yourself and remember that you're human and allowed to make mistakes. The key is to learn from those mistakes and keep moving forward.

Remember that improvement is a journey, not a destination. Be patient with yourself and celebrate small wins along the way. You deserve love, support and compassion, both from others and from yourself.
