Empathy will help a person to recognise others feelings 

I hope people will show empathy because they have to understand how others are feeling 

If sympathy,there is only concern and Nothing else...

That is one great difference and I agree. Thank you for sharing.

Sympathizing with someone can make us feel sorry for them, which is usually only a pitiful feeling but Empathy helps us recognize their emotions, how they feel and enables us to put ourselves in their shoes, for better understanding and a more genuine form of care, comparatively.

Yup empathy is walking in someone else's shoe while sympathy is just seeing it or kinda giving them validation that it's bad without even actually knowing to what extent
