I play the piano. It might not sound like much, but music soothes me, and when i finish a piece of music, i get the feeling of accomplishment.
How do you show yourself self love ?
THis is something im starting now, im looking at the positives about me, instead of focusing on the negatives. I keep reminding myself that I am not a failure.
What do you do for yourself that you love to boost your self esteem? When I feel down on myself, I remind myself of all the good qualities I have and how many positive things I have done. How do you show yourself self love? When I feel overwhelmed, I stop and take time to relax, read a book, journal, any activity that makes me feel better.
How do you show yourself self love ? I take breaks. I watch my favorite movies or listen to my favorite songs and sing. I bake when I can. I make myself my favorite meal. When I can afford I get myself things I want.
